This was a great day on the West Highland Way in spite of long mileage, the biggest ascent of the way, and some miserable weather. We crossed the famous Rannoch Moor this morning, followed it with a climb up Devil's Backbone, and ended in Kinlochleven, exhausted but exhilarated.
Above three photos of the Rannoch Moor, considered to be the last remaining wilderness in Europe.
