Our second day in Iceland we took a tour-a fault, some geysers, and a spectacular waterfall. I would have enjoyed it more if it hadn't seemed like every tourist in Iceland was visiting the same spots. We also took a swim in another public hot springs pool.
We traveled to Geneva the next day. Our hostel was not in the most scenic area of town and we had some other problems that first day, but yesterday was wonderful. The city lends bikes to anyone for four hours, free, so Merilyn and I took advantage and spent a couple hours riding along the shores of Lale Geneva. Later we went to a Swiss flea market and visited the wonderful Old Town. It was full of winding streets, ancient buildings, and interesting shops.

Our other two travel buddies, Cathy and Mary Ann, joined Bette Gail, Darla, Merilyn, and me in Geneva. We are quite a lively, adventuresome group if do say so myself! Tomorrow we start Day 1 of our Tour du Mont Blanc. When I look out my window, it is hard to believe that there is even a way to climb up into those mountains.
